We trust this message finds you well and in the words of BJ, ‘alert!’.
It really has been much longer than we thought it would be at the start and we want you to know that we all miss the salon atmosphere and you the client.
The reason for our contact now is to bring you up to speed with recent developments, believe it or not, even though we’ve been closed some time we still have news to share….
Firstly we’d like to thank you all for the lovely messages of support from you and even the offers for contributions towards the business, it’s very much appreciated but thanks to the support from the government we will still be there for you when the fog lifts.
As before we’re in touch with the whole team on a weekly basis and they’re all safe and well with Amy’s baby still cooking nicely!
The two of us have been busy working hard behind the scenes to ensure the salons are ready for your return in the safest environment possible for all involved.
We are still waiting on definitive guidance from our industry leaders as to exactly what will be required of us to perform our magic on your hair in a safe and hygienic manner.
The experience may be a little different to what we’re used to but we will do our best to make sure your visit still lives up to what you have become accustomed to at Antonio Giovanni hair salons.
We’re keeping our fingers crossed for a July 4th return and on that note will soon be taking bookings but we are still in the process of working out hours and rota’s for our return and as soon as we have got ourselves organised and are sure then we will be letting you all know, so keep your eyes on our Facebook page if you’re savvy and the news page on our website is kept up to date. Of course we will send out an email letting you all know too, just because we love and miss you.
Staying on the theme of missing people, as some of you will have already heard, it’s with a heavy heart that we are saying goodbye to Caroline at our Norwich Road salon. Caroline has been with us for 12 years and has been an integral part of salon life and will most certainly be missed by all who have had the pleasure of working alongside her. Good luck to her in her new ventures and we wish her nothing but happiness.
On that note we want to thank all Caroline’s clients for their loyal custom and we would love for you to remain a salon client, benefiting from our progressive work and the professional salon service you have become accustomed to.
Amy, Josie and Blake are waiting for your call to be given the opportunity to pick up where Caroline has left off. So please, once we are up and running please feel free to contact us.
To all of you we really cannot wait to get back where we belong, let’s hope you haven’t forgotten us and that you will still be able to hear us behind the cover of a face mask. We may have to start raising our voices in the salon.
GOD BLESS OUR NHS
